Is this possible?
For the past week or so I’ve noticed I get indigestion and a feeling of fullness with lots of bloating after eating certain things. Triggers I’ve noticed so far are weetabix, Bircher, fibre one bars, bread. Think everything else has been fine.
Is this possible or a coincidence and there’s an underlying cause? I thought if I’d had an intolerance it would have shown up by now, I’m nearly 30
