Mine would be Andrew Gosden, not a week goes by where I don't wonder what happend to him!
What's yours? Bonus points if you include your on theory of what happend!

happyhillock · 28/05/2019 14:49

Susy Lamplugh and Claudia Lawrence

HerondaleDucks · 28/05/2019 14:53

The Margaret Fleming case in Scotland has bothered me for ages. Will the carers actually confess what happened?

BentNeckLady · 28/05/2019 14:55

Andrew Gosden for me too. I think about him quite frequently as his disappearance seemed so planned and I wonder if he’s still alive.

Claudia Lawrence. Whoever murdered her must be carrying on as if nothing happened, probably with a wife and family.

Toddlerteaplease · 28/05/2019 15:03

Andrew Gosden and Claudia Lawrence

Oldbutstillgotit · 28/05/2019 15:07

Renee McRae and her son Andrew who disappeared in N Scotland about 40 years ago .

Gobbolinothewitchscat · 28/05/2019 15:08

Cheryl Grimmer - I've been haunted by this case since I first heard about it when I was living in Australia. Her poor family have been destroyed by what happened. The saddest thing is it looks like they found out who abducted and murdered her but can't prosecute them due to a technicality.

Every time I see anything about it in the papers it makes me cry

FlorenceKettle · 28/05/2019 17:00

Trevaline Evans

Daniel Entwistle

Reaah · 28/05/2019 17:45

The Daniel Entwistle case, why did police close the case after just 3 days?

Purplehammer · 28/05/2019 17:46

April Fabb 13 yo Norfolk girl.

ClassyArse · 28/05/2019 17:51

JonBenet Ramsey - very odd case

CathyorClaire · 28/05/2019 17:58

Madeleine McCann.

Keith Bennet and Suzy Lamplugh. I suspect her murderer is enjoying the same sort of power trip that motivated Ian Brady in never disclosing where Keith's body was buried.

NoYo · 28/05/2019 18:08

So sad for the families and friends of those people who seemingly vanished. I can't imagine how you cope with not knowing what's happened to them.
After seeing the programme on Charlene Downes I'd like to know what happened to her as her case was particularly grim. Such a tragic case, she had literally no one looking out for her.

CigarsofthePharoahs · 28/05/2019 18:22

Adam's torso in the River Thames. Awful case and no real answers. It chills me that somewhere a mother might still be hoping her boy will return.
The Dyatlov Pass. What did happen? Were they attacked and if so who or what by? It's just such an odd case.

AdelaideK · 28/05/2019 18:29

Claudia Lawrence for her poor fathers sake.

I watched a documentary on Lee Boxell recently and would love the parents to find him.

myusernameisnotmyusername · 28/05/2019 18:58

Claudia Lawrence and Madeleine McCann. And I wish they could find out for sure whether it was Michael Stone who killed Lin and Megan Russell because I think it might have been Levi Bellfield.

CoffeeToffeeFudge · 28/05/2019 19:00

Somerton Man is a really odd case. I'd love an explanation for that one.

And a definitive answer to JonBenet's murder too.

Re: Caylee Anthony. I don't think there's much mystery there. Her pathological liar of a mother murdered her. Problem was, the defence did a good enough job raising reasonable doubt that the jury felt they had to find her not guilty.

Outofinspiration · 28/05/2019 19:01

So many, but I guess if I had to pick one it would be Madeleine Mccann Sad

CoffeeToffeeFudge · 28/05/2019 19:04

Would also be interesting if someone managed to definitively decode the Voynich Manuscript.

Someone recently said he had, but various experts are disputing that.

Disfordarkchocolate · 28/05/2019 19:05

I'd forgotten about Adam's worse, that must haunt anyone who worked on the case.

Disfordarkchocolate · 28/05/2019 19:07

Adam's torso, apologyes.

Disfordarkchocolate · 28/05/2019 19:07

What they heck does that mean?

KinkyHair · 28/05/2019 19:08

Trevaline Evans.

Brahumbug · 28/05/2019 20:37

I would love to know who the London Monster was, I don't think Rhynwick Williams was guilty. Also, who was Spring Heeled Jack?
