What's everyone up to today?

I'm just drinking my cup of tea, the girls are still sleeping.

Plans for today are to nip to town to exchange a top that doesn't sit right, Lidl for a few bits for pack-ups, bake with dd2 because I didn't yesterday, shove the hoover round upstairs, and cook a roast later on.

I want to clean the bathroom too but will do that as I get out of the shower.

I'll check homework's all done as we pack school bags for tomorrow, this evening.

So far I've been to town and Lidl, printed some paperwork needed for my Guides residential in 5 weeks , and prepped Sunday dinner.

Just waiting for the oven to warm up so dd2's buns can go in.

Bath for dd2 after that while I straighten up upstairs a bit and put yesterday's washing away. Think we'll strip her bed too.

Feeling even more bleugh today than I did yesterday,I've gone down with some cold/virus thing,I have a sore/split on one side of mouth and another one in my nose.

DH and DS's 20 and 17 are all watching villa play,DS22 is at his girlfriends,DD11 is feeling the same as me and is resting in bed,DD15 is messing about online.

So far I've managed to hang out a huge line of laundry,fed the wild birds,fed the rabbit and done the Dogs bowls.

I've just stuck the cushion covers onto wash(the Dogs are being bathed today)once they're done I'll wash the throws and then the Dogs blanket.

The rest of my day we'll be spent sticking new plants out in the garden,watering the garden and drinking tea,my DH's doing all the housework and cooking today so there is an upside to feeling so awful

Baked bread and a cake this morning and prepared a hot pot for dinner.
Did some washing
Walk/scoot with the dc after lunch
Played game of life with dc 1and 2 while dc3 napped and dp looked after dc4
Dinner has just gone in the oven, think I’m going to make Yorkshire puddings because I really want a roast but didn’t buy a joint this week.
Going to eat a bit early and bath the little ones early so the evening is less busy and hopefully dp and I will get to sit down before 9pm. Baby didn’t sleep well last night and dp was out playing pool til late so we’re both tired. Still have packed lunches to make for everyone.

PinkDaydreams yes I bake weekly - sometimes twice. Nothing fancy and no fancy decorations . Double chocolate loaf this week - bbc good food. My boys dont

I finally moved the rest of my stuff from my old flat into this one.

We played some football in the park and had lunch there as well. Then it was lego o’clock.

I have just done a scab inspection, all of his chicken poxs are scabbed over, no temperature and itching isn’t too bad so he can go to nursery tomorrow instead of driving me to an early grave.

Had a lie in this morning then went to an hour-long boot camp (brutal). Came home and pottered, then DP and I went to meet some friends and their toddler for a coffee. Now making an enormous roast!
