I've taken on board feedback about the photos and tried to pretty the garden up! Have added photos of some of the bathrooms and moved the caravan.

House looks lovely - nothing that would put me off apart from being in the middle of nowhere!

However, some photos are stretched weirdly

It’s a lovely house OP. It wouldn’t suit my family due to the bedrooms being on two different floors - I have three young children and wouldn’t like to sleep on a different floor to any of them - maybe this puts off some potential families.

Also if I was being picky, some of the photos seem a bit dark and I agree they are a bit jumbled.

My house is only tidy because I have lots of storage - we built in cupboards everywhere we could!! And I throw things out all the time, usually about a month before dh needs them.....

Gorge - can you change the phtoto order? So on of from then inside of me I house then some more of outside so ace? Or even kitchen first ad it's a wow room...

Oh OP it's beautiful (yes envy!) and I can't believe the price Last year I sold a 2 bedroomed flat on an ex-council estate, shared garden, nice sized rooms for £280,000. To think that your wonderful house is on for only 50K more is stupid.

It gas the wow factor. The only thing that might put people off is the open plan kitchen/lounge.
