Thank you so much to everyone who commented on my original post.

I've taken on board feedback about the photos and tried to pretty the garden up! Have added photos of some of the bathrooms and moved the caravan.

so here is the link with new photos. What do you think?

It's beautiful and so cheap! And I say that as someone living in the North West Shock

kbPOW · 27/04/2019 14:03

It's so much better and looks beautiful!

VanellopeVonSchweetz99 · 27/04/2019 14:09

Stunning, best of luck!
Agree with this:
"My only criticism is that some of the photos looked squashed so they are short and wide. The oneof the hallway and the fireplace with the mirror in particular spring to mind."
If I'm being super picky I would remove the oilcloth table cloth in the kitchen and add a bowl of fruit or jug of big/tall pretty flowers. On the leather sofas I'd remove the white throw. In the loft room I'd remove the towel on the radiator.

TowerRingInferno · 27/04/2019 14:11

Much better photos. Looks really nice. good luck!

userxx · 27/04/2019 14:12

What a beautiful house. Why are you moving?

NoWordForFluffy · 27/04/2019 14:16

My only criticism - your house is lovely! - is the blatant stretching of some of the photos. Agents really shouldn't do this as it's just daft and obvious.

Though I do agree that the photos jump round a bit. They need to be grouped into areas of the house.

AuldJosey · 27/04/2019 14:22

Stunning house. Only thing I was left wondering was whether there were ensuites, particularly to the master bedroom, I know there is one photo which shows a door opening into an ensuite, but if you ordered the photos with Master Bedroom, Ensuite, Bedroom 2, ensuite, Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4, Main Bathroom maybe.

The only other thing I'd ask is where the garage is in relation to the house. The outside photos don't take in the garage. Just a close up of it. It would just be for my own sense of perspective on where things are laid out so to speak.

Best of luck selling - I was expecting a much higher price tag when I noticed the price!

Blackandpurple · 27/04/2019 14:23

Lovely! Quite similar to mine but mine is less modern and more traditional.

Longdistance · 27/04/2019 14:23

Yes, those photos are much better, although the EA should have put them in some order ie; front of house, hallway, downstairs, upstairs, garden etc.

EnidButton · 27/04/2019 15:27

It's so nice! I didn't see your previous post so can't compare but the only space I think could've been shown better is the bathroom (the one with the bath not the shower) as it looks a bit dark. I'd have removed the shelving unit and shower curtain. But that's being massively picky. Also agree the stretched photos aren't good. Just makes the EA look daft but don't know how much say you'd have there?

But that's just criticism for the sake of it tbh. It's a really lovely house and amazing outside space. And Jesus the price! Shock I'm in the NW England and it'd be at least twice that here. Someone's going to snap it up surely.

Thatsalovelycuppatea · 27/04/2019 16:47

Op why are you moving I love it!!

ThatCurlyGirl · 27/04/2019 16:58

Bloody hell your home is GORGEOUS!! Proper wow, I love it

cantfindname · 27/04/2019 18:03

It's beautiful. If it were mine I would never want to move.

BogglesGoggles · 27/04/2019 18:06

Are some of the pictures stretched?

JellyNo15 · 27/04/2019 18:39

Beautiful house it musy be hard to leave?

CakeNinja · 27/04/2019 18:46

Lovely house! I didn’t see your first post but I wasn’t bothered about the slightly distorted photos or anything else, and I don’t think it would realistically put someone off viewing it.
Good luck, wish it was somewhere near me. Can’t believe you’re leaving it, so much space!

Yogagirl123 · 27/04/2019 18:48

Beautiful house at a brilliant price, compared to where I live on the south coast. I hope you get a buyer soon, can’t think of any improvements you could make to be honest.

Nettleskeins · 27/04/2019 19:41

I would put a picture (big print of some sort) above the fireplace instead of the mirror, to give the living room a bit more character.

Otherwise it is a lovely house.

What about a picture showing where it sits in relation to other houses nearby = aerial?

foreverhomefornow · 27/04/2019 20:13

Thanks guys!! I don't know what happened to the hall and the fireplace photo I thought maybe that was just showing on my PC!!

I'll get the agent to sort that. I took them with the camera on its side ie portrait so maybe it's that?

And I will ask her to sort the order out so it flows like a tour - good idea. Will also add a better photo of garage and back garden to show layout thanks.

We are moving to be closer to family and a job change. I love my house, didnt think we would ever be leaving, it's a sad move for us. But there will be more things to do and less travelling to family and friends so that's good.

Thanks all again for your great feedback it's been so helpful.

We had a good viewing on Friday and the couple were so lovely, perhaps they will offer? I do hope so as I can picture them living here with their wee girl.

Ross-shire (well our bit) is 35 miles north of Inverness. It's a beautiful area we are minutes from a gorgeous beach and it's so so quiet.

Good idea about the office you could put this in the upstairs of the garage perhaps?

Or in the upstairs room with the desk, we also thought about making that a family room for when the kids were older and wanted a den with pals

Maybeitsmaybelline do you live in Derbyshire? It was 420 miles to visit my granny!

aprilviolets · 27/04/2019 20:22

I love it. Around here, you'd get an average 3 bed semi for that price.
I wish we could buy it, but it's about 400 miles from where I work!

AuldJosey · 27/04/2019 21:06

Also, if you have nice views from any of the windows, it might be nice to include them.
Where all the settees are and the french windows/doors, I have a primordial instinct where I don't like having my back to a door. I'd focus a photo on the view out of those doors/windows. I'd include a photo with blinds/curtains closed to show more 'cosiness'.

Hope your viewers loved it. That price would buy me a shed in London Sad

AlexaAmbidextra · 27/04/2019 21:53

It’s so beautiful. I’m just feeling slightly sick that you can get a house like that for £330k. That’s a three bed semi on a postage stamp plot where I am.

Clutterbugsmum · 27/04/2019 22:19

It's a gorgeous house.

Can you get the photo's in order so they don't look so jumbled up, for example all the kitchen ones together, then the lounge etc rather jumping from one room to another then back again to the kitchen.

And yes I admit this is one of my pet hates with estate agents do this when putting photo's Rightmove. It makes it quite hard to see the 'flow' of the house.
