Has to be spent on you and not other people, bills etc.

I've been off work following a bit of a breakdown for a few months & worrying about SSP kicking in soon, so as it is, it would be needed for basic living costs.
I was hoping to take DD to Lapland in December though, partly for her Christmas present and also because we won't have a summer holidays day this year, so it would be hugely helpful towards that.

notangelinajolie · 26/04/2019 02:10

Impossible to spend money on myself sorry but breaking the rules here and giving it to DD2 who has middle child syndrome and right now tbf I think she had a point. Not going into details but I feel desperately sorry for her right now and even though she is a pita most of the time, I love her a lot so I'm throwing the full £200 at her.

More glass fusing bits.

managedmis · 26/04/2019 02:14

Ooh nice op.

A top I really want from Zara.

Some new sandals for summer.

Wine.

A new spring coat for DS.

Sushi takeaway tomorrow.

Tavannach · 26/04/2019 02:19

I'd put it to one side for the moment. The cat is going to die soon and I'd like to have her cremated so I can scatter her ashes. I'd also have a paperweight made with some of the ashes. Sounds a bit weird I know, but that's what I'd like.

Get my dishwasher fixed

An action camera. I’ve got my eye on a 4K GoPro clone for £110.

Perfume. A mustard yellow jumpsuit I’ve been eying up and a couple of pairs of earrings.

Se7ven11 · 26/04/2019 06:03

On my hobby, which is a money pit Blush

Prokupatuscrakedatus · 26/04/2019 07:22

I'd put it towards a complete set of Terry Pratchett books.
Second hand and paperback is OK.

@64sNewname I don't know, but I have my suspicions. It was incredible that someone has the generosity to do it.

WhatchaMaCalllit · 26/04/2019 08:47

Purely because it's due atomic, my car insurance...though the £200 would clear it, just make it far more affordable. When can I expect the money?

Show me the money!!!! GrinGrin

WhatchaMaCalllit · 26/04/2019 08:49

*around now (no idea why that autocorrected to atomic).

Also by helping pay towards my car insurance it would allow me use the money I would have had to pay on something like getting my hair done well (which I don't do very often)

LBOCS2 · 26/04/2019 09:44

£30 on new jeans. £40 on new Birkenstocks. £20 on new sunglasses (I discovered mine are broken this morning and I'm distressingly sensitive to sunlight). Probably £110 on a nice meal with wine for DH and me :)
