And what's your favourite brand? I've just run out of my Tesco own brand smooth - what should I buy next?

Sunpat crunchy here. Nothing else measures up.

Catsandbootsandbootsandcats · 17/04/2019 21:29

Crunchy. I don't spread it so not bothered about that, I eat straight from the jar with a spoon.

I love Whole Earth. They do a bucket of it! A bucket of peanut butter! Amazing! But not for my diet. Oops.

SpoonBlender · 17/04/2019 21:33

Crunchy. Smooth is so blah.

Used to use Whole Earth until I discovered that "sustainable palm oil" is a lie - there's no such thing. So Meridian now, 100% smashed peanuts without anything added at all.

I use the whole earth crunchy one with flax seeds and something - it’s bloody delicious

MumsyJ · 17/04/2019 21:43

Both for me... Another Sunpat lover here Smile. Smooth for toast, crunchy for when I make peanut butter milkshake. Yummmmmy!

BillywigSting · 17/04/2019 21:51

Sunpat extra crunchy. It has half peanuts in it and I would happily live off it if that wasn't a sure way to an early grave

Happynow001 · 17/04/2019 21:56

Meridian peanut butter is on promotion at Waitrose... 😁

Judystilldreamsofhorses · 17/04/2019 23:02

Crunchy Skippy here, sometimes with a bit of Nutella if I feel fancy. Definitely no butter.

Onetimenamechangey · 17/04/2019 23:07

Crunchy. Are you nuts? Groan.

ppeatfruit · 18/04/2019 13:23

Catsandboots DD2 lost quite a bit of weight eating PNut butter out of the jar with celery sticks , I eat it with cucumber out of the jar! It's high protein and good for you without sugar or palm oil.

rosesandcashmere · 18/04/2019 13:25

Crunchy. On top of butter and with strawberry jam

DuggeesWoggle · 18/04/2019 13:32

Pip and Nut crunchy for me. Used to buy the vats of meridian and then Sainsbury's had the pip & nut stuff on offer and that was that. Have to stock up on the huge kg tubs (both crunchy and smooth) when it's on offer as we eat tons in our house - DH has the smooth on his porridge, I have the crunchy in my sandwiches every day. And on toast. And crumpets. And just well on anything. I find I like the touch of salt they use and the type of peanuts they use produce a lot of oil so it's not too stiff.

whiteonesugar · 18/04/2019 13:48

Pip and Nut, crunchy or smooth I dont discriminate!

MilkTrayLimeBarrel · 18/04/2019 19:33

Horrible stuff - my dog likes it though!

SmiledWithTheRisingSun · 18/04/2019 19:43

Prefer crunchy - Koeze (contains only peanuts and salt).

Bipbopbee · 28/04/2019 18:22

Definitely crunchy. The marmite/peanut butter spread is amazing!

Bluetrews25 · 28/04/2019 20:15

Ohhhhh you have just given me a craving for satay sauce.....

VictoriaBun · 28/04/2019 20:20

Crunchy . Wholemeal bread, crunchy peanut butter and cucumber sandwich. You will thank me.

loglady833 · 28/04/2019 21:00

Used to love crunchy but lately I am really into smooth peanut butter.

I love the Morrison's one, both smooth and crunchy. 100% peanuts and I much prefer it to the Meridian one.
