Things that make you ask why? WHY?

Mine is people who select the 'receipt' option at a cashpoint and then walk away leaving it hanging out of the machine. Why? WHY?

People who stop still for ages in shop doorways, entering or leaving ,seemingly oblivious to anyone who may need to pass them.
Likewise for opening lift doors and top and bottom of escalators.

People mentioning about Crocs. Another reason that they are useful is being quite spacious so if you have dressings on your feet they make really comfortable footwear.A diabetic friend loves them for this plus a friend who had recent foot surgery. I think some of the croc colours are nice too Smile

When I arrive home unexpectedly early and the house is empty, I am so happy to be on my own for some blissful peace. No sooner have I sat down with a cup of tea, than someone else will unexpectedly arrive home...WHY?

1 - people who stand right up your arse in a queue. When you move, they also move, whhyyyyyyy?

2 - people who load their shopping on the conveyor belt before you've finished loading yours. I always ask them not to, but one lady took it so badly, I ended up putting her stuff back in her basket for her!

Having sat for an age in the barber shop with my son I want to know why nearly bald men go to the barber's and pay to have a number 1 all over. And why does it take so long for the barber to do it?

Why does the universe conspire to prevent me from listening all the way through The News Quiz. The DC, having ignored me all afternoon, will need to tell me something urgently every 5 mins as soon as I put it on. Even if I'm alone in the house the phone will ring or the postman will need me to sign for something. It doesn't happen with The Now Show.

Why do people not follow the speed limit ? I was out before and behind someone driving less than 30 when there was signs clearly saying 40mph, or move to the left hand lane if you want to go slower .
Also why do people take a age to go through lights when they change to green ? it's like they are not expecting it.

Cold shoulders jumpers....why?, if it's cold enough to wear a jumper why on earth would you want to expose your body to the elements?

Rocking I think the same with those massive blanket scarves that are too bulky to go under a coat. Cold enough for a blanket= cold enough for a proper coat! Although maybe they are for the cold shoulder people, who wouldn't need a blanket if they weren't wearing only half a jumper!

Why when there is Scan and Shop available in a supermarket do people not use it. Do they prefer to double handle their shopping and put it in the trolley twice? Do they want to faff about with the conveyor?

And also why do people pay a lot of money for a personalised number plate that doesn't actually spell their name, or has the letters in the wrong order?

Or one that uses extra dots and the screw caps to join bits up to make new letters?

Or ones that don't actually spell the word they think it spells? Saw a lad with the plate R7 PER the other day, which I think was intended to demonstrate his credentials as a RAPPER but actually suggests something entirely different......
