We had a stainless steel one. It was shit. Pegs tangled everywhere, kept breaking. I'm going back to plastic.

As cute as the Ikea one is, it's a pain as it doesn't fit properly on the rail I have in the airing cupboard, which is where I dry the socks in Winter. It's the cupboard with the water tank in and there's nowhere in there to put shelves so I've put a telescopic shower curtain rail in which I hang things from, and the Ikea sock thing has to be hung on a coat hanger from it. The Wilko one fits perfectly though.

Ours is the sock thingy and is more square. I am go renaming it the octosocky.

This one had lasted from last year and mon of the pegs have broken so far. We use it through the winter as well to dry our ( posh) socks on the airing cupboard
