New Airbnb host, first booking a really odd one

I've had a message from someone who doesn't want to book but wants to use the address to buy some tickets which I'll then forward on.
Why? And surely its some sort of scam? Presumably if I decline she can leave me a rating though. Does anyone know what this will be about?

I think there's a forum for Airbnb hosts that might come in handy for you op. There are alot of great people but equally odd and scammers out there too.

You did the right thing, if you aren't comfortable then you are well within your rights to refuse any booking.

My friend had instant booking for her Airbnb but stated in her rules no single men as she has children etc.
A man booked followed by a weird message that made her even more uncomfortable, Airbnb were fantastic and supported her choice to refuse him.
