Anyone been to FRANKIE AND BENNY'S?

I have a quick question which I'm afraid I have been unable to find the answer to on the website

Do burgers come with fries or do you have to pay extra??

Used to like them and went a few times each year, usually when travelling with the family. But they've really gone downhill, both in terms of the food quality and the staffing quality. We've noticed a gradual deterioration over the years, but the last time we went, a couple of years ago, it was absolutely dire. Despite the place being virtually empty, the service was unbelievably slow and they still got our order wrong. What was worse was that my OH likes a steak, but when we tried to order one, the waitress just glibly said that they'd sold out of steaks so he ended up with a reheated microwaved meal that we could have done at home for a fraction of the cost. (How can a supposedly "restaurant" run out of all steaks? - more like the kitchen was short staffed and could only "ping" microwaved meals or throw a pizza in the oven!). F&B won't survive much longer.

Exactly Mama. I wouldn’t eat there again if it was free.

Miller and Carter is our preferred choice now. They also do a set lunch menu which is great value.

I was rather underwhelmed when I went there. There are much better places you can go for similar money or even cheaper.

You have to factor a spare 4hrs in for your trip - they just don't do customer service there

Okay, I'm getting the idea now! We don't usually do chains but they are the ones with vouchers and we are not very flush right now!
We have most things where we live, any better suggestions?? There has to be a burger option on the menu and if poss a pizza one too !

Prezzo and Bella Italia are better than F&B. Both have offers at the moment.

If you buy one night uk holiday insurance on compare the market (costs about a pound) you'll get Meerkat movies and meals for a year.

2 for 1 on cinema on a tues and weds and 2 for 1 on meals sun to thurs.

Frankie and bennys is included if you still decide to go. But honestly it's grim so check for other places first

We went to one last week and it was really horrible. Burger and limp greasy fries, not even a tiny piece of garnish on the plate. Really overpriced. Desserts were ok, the dc loved the ice cream sundaes. I wouldn't go back in a hurry.

I thought they had all closed down? Three near me and all closed now.
Last time we went, was for dd’s birthday. 6 children and 3 adults we were there nearly 4 hours! Food took forever to come out and had to send three of the kids meals back with chicken that wasn’t cooked through.
