What would it be?

I would say plastic. in general anyway, i would like to keep the tv! My house is full of it. Every product i buy is wrapped in it and it is going to be around for hundreds of years. It bothers me more and more.

Sometimes i would like to invent the internet - it doesnt mix well with teenagers all the time.

And takeaway coffee sometimes gets my goat!!

Plastic is disastrous for the environment.
Cars are a disaster for people, the more they are used the more planners encourage them, out of town shopping, out of town business parks etc then they wonder why the town centres are dying.
Explosives, end war, terrorism and just poor evil people.

24hr rolling news. I detest it.

Easy, when I rule the world, mobile phones, ipads/pods etc, all Social Media (FB, etc - I don't class MN as SM), 99.9% of reality tv, ads on tv, the use of could/'would/should OF instead of HAVE, incorrect use of myself etc, incorrect use of invite (verb) instead of invitation (noun), Jeremy Corbyn, Rupert Murdoch, all religions, all weapons, will be eliminated instantly. Brexit will happen immediately - I'm fed up waiting.

I wouldn't uninvent plastics but I would highly regulate their use, concentrating on banning single-use/disposable items.
I would also ban built-in obsolescence, and make sure that items are manufactured to last as long as possible and be repairable.
