I'm up early. DH is still asleep so I'm enjoying a cuppa, MNing and watching TV. DD is away for the weekend so it's just the two of us and the cats.

Later we're going skiing and then coming home for a roast dinner.

Need to spend an hour cleaning and sorting washing. Then will take kids out a walk to park. Building some Lego later with DS. Will probably get roped into playing fortnite at some point. Might go out for dinner later or a late lunch.

I’m just putting DS2 down for a nap, and DS1 is watching telly with DH to see if his mini milkshaker picture gets shown.

We are off to watch Lego movie 2 this afternoon, I’m hoping DS2 will sleep in the sling for the duration as I really want to see it too! He did sleep last time I took DS1 to the pictures but that was a few weeks ago now and, well you know how quickly babies change.

It's DDs birthday today, so we're slobbing about before going to the city on the train with her best friend to shop and get ice-cream. Then it's Grandads house and burger king for dinner.

Chilling in my PJs all day feeling oh so sorry for myself because I'm on my period and it's really heavy.

My mum and stepdad are coming later to pick up DD. She's off to the rugby league world club challenge, so I'll be watching and hoping to see her on TV waving her little Max (we are wigan warrior fans. Max is our mascot) she keeps telling me she is meeting lockers (one of the players) she's 5, and i keep trying to explain she might not see him but she has her heart set on it.

Relaxing in our pjs while dh goes for a long run. Then swimming lessons and a MacDonald’s for lunch and then the garden centre this afternoon.

Currently drinking tea then tidying up and DIY!

Have cleaned the kitchen, put washing on, fed the animals and toddler. Going to the dump later then the park out for dinner this evening then bath and bed. Lovely Sunday

Ds is away at his dad’s for the week so I have a very rare weekend off.
Quick shopping trip, coffee with a friend then cleaning out the greenhouse and filling it with lots of seed pots. Baby veg, sweet peas, little strawberry plants.

I love this time of year

Maybe a run later if I get time.

Chilled morning with the cats, we’re all still in bed.

DH needs to do some work this afternoon and I’ll probably catch up on TV.

Woken up with the beginnings of a UTI so need to head to the pharmacy too.

Just had breakfast in bed, now need to wake kids up to get ready for 11.30 church service( I am leading kids group) then race to parents for Sunday lunch with one of my brothers and his wife and also another couple who are family friends visiting from USA. Then possibility of girls night in with my daughter's and another friend and her daughter ( not yet confirmed)

DH is working today so me and DCs are just at home today. My parents are coming over at 11.30 so have just over two hours to sort out the housework. Im not feeling great though so can't find any motivation to clean.

H is flying home after seeing his mum - had an op.
Children are on screens - we only just got the internet back after nearly 6 weeks

I'm on the sofa with a cup of tea, wondering what we can do with the littles ones today. I've got a mountain of washing to get through also 🙄

It's been half term this week here so I've got all the uniforms to iron and bags to organise for the first day back tomorrow. My 2yo starts pre school tomorrow morning so I need to sort her bag and label everything.

At least the weather looks good out there ☀️

It’s lunchtime for us here, had a busy morning unpacking and doing holiday washing, DS2 had choir practice, dinner in slow cooker and veg prepped.

No rules this afternoon so DC can have as much screen time or whatever they like! I plan on being mostly sofa bound with the cat and trash TV and cups of tea brought to me by DS1

Well both me and DP are in bed on phones (who said romance is dead).
We will get up and clean / feed guinea pigs soon.
We need to do a food shop (my most hated of Sunday tasks)
The garden has been taken over by weeds too so it might be a gardening day.
I need to make some soup for lunches

Peace and quiet. DH and DS have gone skiing. I'm home alone.
It's bloody marvellous!

DH is away so just me and the kids. We've all had breakfast so I'm watching TV with the dogs and a coffee while they play upstairs. After lunch I think we'll all go down to the park for an hour or so. Might pick up some sweeties on the way home

DP still in bed, DD has just ordered a McDonalds breakfast which just arrived, myself and DS are playing pop the pig. I've cleaned the kitchen and will do bits of housework and maybe a tip run later. DD is going to meet her dad for lunch (she's not seen him in 14 months so a bit nervous), I've got a leg of lamb for our lunch. Ds has just come back with buckaroo now. 🙄

Very very little. I'm recovering from flu (day 10) & pleurisy & DH is on day 7 of flu too. 3 of the 5 dc have conjunctivitis. So a lazy day is in order. I need to do some washing. I've decided I'm going to cook a roast chicken, chances are myself & dh won't have the appetite for it but at least the dc will have a good meal. I'll just do salad/baby potatoes & veg with it though.

I’m in hospital to spend the day with DD. DH is meeting a client, then coming to join us. DS2 is home from university, but went out with friends last night, so he will walk the dogs when he gets home, then join us too. When DD is settled this evening, we’ll go out for tea nearby.

I've cleaned the bathroom and finished the laundry.
Now half way through the ironing (and having a cuppa as a break)
I might go out for food shopping and cook a roast later - that would be good!

Not a lot! It's my first Sunday off in a while.

So far the washer is on, yesterday's load is away, and I've drunk coffee.

Dd1 is youtube-ing, still in bed. Dd2 is playing with zhu-zhu pets in the living room. I'd forgotten alllll about the annoying noise they make.

Later, we'll start dd2's holiday project as I'm working every afternoon so will have to do it over a couple of days, probably bake, and roast a gammon for tea.

I have some paperwork to start too and a few bits of prep for Rainbows and Guides next week :)

Beautiful day, I was fed up of being fought over by my old-enough-to-know-better dc, so I went out into the garden to hack trim some shrubs.

Baaaaad idea. Would have been better to stay inside and be smothered in love fought over.

An currently sitting at the kitchen table, hand elevated, applying pressure to my finger, waiting for the bleeding to stop.
