Just wondering really, if you have adult children do you still buy them a birthday present?
My family do, my Dp was 40 recently & in all the years I’ve know him his parents have never given him a birthday or Christmas present - is that odd?

Yes presents, cake and we all go out for a meal together . I do the same for them.

Still buy for DS who is 22. My parents bought for me when they were still alive and they also bought for DH (their son in law). DH's parents still buy for him too - although Christmas tends to be money rather than gifts as they are in their 90's now.

Yes we always gave each other presents. I also give my brother and his wife presents.
