Just watching Prince of Egypt for the nine millionth time. I have loved it since it’s release when I was 7 years old and know it word for word! I can’t imagine I will ever get bored of it. Does anyone else have a film like this?

Bond films. They're like oxygen to me.

Ragwort · 02/02/2019 18:49

I am amazed so many of you like watching the same film more than once, I occasionally might have a musical on in the background if I was doing something else & I half slept through Chitty Chitty Bang Bang again this Christmas as we were guests and had no choice but I would never choose to sit through the same film twice. But I am clearly in the minority. DH can watch the same film more than once, bores me senseless.

Rio Bravo with John Wayne and Dean Martin. I’ve seen it hundreds of times, and watch it at least once a week.
Quentin Tarantino gave a talk about it once...he said it’s a movie he’s seen so often that the characters are like old friends to spend time with...it’s exactly how I feel.
