I was just thinking about a conversation DP, his male friend & I had last summer.
They said I had ‘the power ‘ but were unable to define what they meant.
They said some women were beguiling & just had something about them.
For the record I’m just an ordinary, late 40s woman, sometimes funny & sometimes goofy 😂

The fat berg, yes I know, my point is you'd expect your partner to feel you are beguiling or whatever "the power" means, so if they are talking about this, you'd expect them to say you have it, otherwise it would be rather offensive, 🤣

The book is almost great. Fab idea but difficult to end well. I liked the premise of how would women react to having the means to take power - albeit by inflicting pain, on men.

It was a genuine question as to whether some women seemed to have an attraction that wasn’t an obvious in your face attraction.

Did they clarify what they meant by the power? I'd have been like "Eh? How have I got the power?!" lol.

@GlitterStick - I have heard of the ‘Power’ but this was literally a conversation 7 months ago - pissed in the garden . The guys were just saying that they thought some women ‘ had a power’.
They couldn’t describe it , it had no specific boundaries. It was just some women had it
