What's your favourite cocktail?

We're having a party this weekend, and have a sideboard full of alcohol. Many different vodkas, rums, whiskies, mixers etc.
Can you give me your favourite cocktails as I can't decide which ones to try? Thanks

I think there are different cocktails for different things....
pre dinner Cosmo, martini, Vespa,

Long - mojito, Mai tai, Long Island iced tea

After dinner espresso Martini flat white martini grasshopper, White Russian hazelnut martini....

All totally yum!!

My fave on hol is a mai tai.

I do like fruity cocktails too and will have a pornstar martini or pina colada on occasion but as a general rule I prefer the more traditional, knock-you-sideways-with-booze style cocktails.

25 weeks pregnant and I really fancy a blue lagoon right now or purple rain. Both really low alcohol content though but they taste amazing!
