What's your favourite cocktail?

We're having a party this weekend, and have a sideboard full of alcohol. Many different vodkas, rums, whiskies, mixers etc.
Can you give me your favourite cocktails as I can't decide which ones to try? Thanks

Raspberry Mojito Royale - Mojito but you add raspberries and top up with fizz rather than soda

Long Island ice tea

Mojito - normal ones, but I also had a passion fruit mojito the other day and it was lush

Pornstar Martini - hate the name though

Ooh and a margarita

Margarita or cosmopolitan.

I’m a fan of the classics, and generally speaking don’t like all the 'twists' you get in the menus these days.

Although, hypocritical me does enjoy this Christmas Cosmopolitan
