For me it's finding the empty ibuprofen packet in the cupboard. Why would you do that FFS.

My 12 year old DD and her hideous attitude this morning.

Me (all weekend): Have you got any homework?
DD: Nope. Nothing.
Me:Are you absolutely sure?
DD: Yep. All done.
Me: Ok, well as long as you're sure
DD: Well I am ok, so just stop asking!!

This morning. 10 minutes before needing to leave for school.

DD: Oh, I didn't do my homework, so I'll probably get a detention.
Me: What?! But you said you didn't have any, that it was all done.
DD: I didn't have time to do it
Me:.......... so you'll get a detention then. Well, I hope you've learnt your lesson.
DD: I don't care about getting a detention anyway
Me: FUUUUUUUCK!!! How many times?!

I should probably get used to this, shouldn't I?

Trying hard to avoid a cold but can still it beginning to hit combined with pmt after a weekend where I pushed myself in a healthy way.

Sometimes it's the little things!

I just wish this fucking cold would hit so I can get on with it and the inevitable painful cough because the lurgy will go to the my chest

Finding that my 10 year old rescue cat, with behavioural problems, has weed on my brand new patio door curtains in 5 separate places!!!!!

Have sponged them down extremely well in situ and hoping they won’t shrink.

De-icing the car.

When one of my cleaning clients said oh no I have not paid u yet. But can u clean today anyway. Nice. Sure u would do that if ur employer didn’t pay u huh

Stubbed my toe on the corner of a large plastic box this morning - the toe with the ingrowing nail...

The dog pulled me over on our morning walk - smack bang on the pavement! It bloody hurt!

DH weakly saying "help me" because he couldn't find his slippers that were right in front of his feet - i know he's ill and can't help it, but I'm not very patient.

Also DS, who couldn't think of anything he wanted from Ocado when I placed the order, only to come downstairs with a constant drip feed of things to add afterwards. I have now altered the bloody order 6 times!

And also not being able to find my painkillers, because some bright spark (probably DH) had put them in DH's meds bag at the bottom (He has a huge carrier bag of stuff and his 15 different daily drugs are on the top, so they must have been deliberately shoved to the bottom).

Actually today has been a day of near constant rage and swearing!
