I have a 6yo who is my world. Dh wants another. I don't think I do.. I feel I should but I'm not sure that I do. But I worry I will regret this decision as I get older

But I love the idea of everything we can do with the freedom we now and the closeness we have

I don't want to spoil that but I'm scared of making the wrong decision

Dc has loads of friends and socialising and I make sure isn't lonely but...

Please tell me how it's worked out for you. Do you love it or do you wish you had made a different decision?

I was an only child for 9 years. Then my sister came along. I despised it.

My DS will be staying an only child. I have 0 desire for any more, although I do often wonder if I 'should', but I won't. DH would like one more.

I just don't find motherhood all that wonderful. I love my DS beyond measure and he's beautiful, but that's it. I don't really enjoy being a mum. I have had/have a wonderful sleeper. No desire to try again and end up with the spawn of Satan, I'm not sure the poor thing would survive. It all sounds too tedious.

I like my little bubble of just me, DH and DS. And it will be staying that way.
