Can anyone help me find this song please?

A song has been annoying me all day, and I cannot for the life of me remember the title. I’ve typed the lyrics in and it’s just coming up with another totally different song, or a nursery rhyme!
All I can remember was that it was in Cold Feet ages and ages ago when I first heard it. It sounds quite a melancholy, sad song. The chorus is ‘Star light, star bright, first star I’ve seen tonight, I wish I may, I wish I might....’! That’s all I can remember , and when I type it into google, Madonna’s Lucky Star comes up!

It was sung by a male voice. Perhaps the artist was the Brothers? If anyone can help me find this song I would be very grateful!

Ah well done pru, hope the meds kick in soon (I am on night vigil with teen DD who was coughing so much she was struggling for breath. Have not had to do steamy bathroom since she had croup as a bairn. She had 2 puffs of inhaler and honey medicine as it is a productive cough but I was trying to decide whether to give her vicks night on top to suppress the damned coughing or whether that will make her bronchioles even narrower)
