My favourite so far is DKNY Be Delious Apple. I'm not very adventurous when it comes to perfume, just stick to what I like. Or use whatever perfume i get given as gifts. But the DKNY is my favourite from the limited range I've used.

I like fruity, floral, soft fragrances. Hate spicy, strong ones. I'm looking for something for daytime wear.

How is Elizabeth Arden?

Also, I'd love to try them on first but I'm going to buy on Fragrance Direct so don't have that option.

If I could get some recommendations on here, maybe I could try them on when i go to the shops next time.

Thanks!

My favourite is J'adore, i only wear it when i go out and use cheaper ones in the day, Next do some lovely ones and also Avon, they last well too.

I've got a few "copies" that are good too from FM, they don't claim to be actual copies but they are, there are reps for the company or you can get them off eBay, they're about £13.
My Mum's got their version of Chanel no5 and it's very similar.

There’s a shop called London perfume factory that do perfume dupes, they’re VERY similar smelling (I was wearing their lady million, and a woman serving me smelled me and said ‘I love lady million’) it’s £20 for any 100ml bottle I think

Jo Malone English pear and Freesha. It's absolutely beautiful. So light and fruity it's divine 🙌🏼

Ironfloor269 · 16/01/2019 17:38

Blimey, for the price of No Malone, I might as well buy a proper designer perfume like Chloe or even La Vie Est Belle. 😀

So the consensus is that the longer lasting perfumes are expensive?

Clarins do lovely perfumes

MrsMoggy · 16/01/2019 18:02

Miss Dior is lovely but pricey.

For cheaper day ones I like the Avon perfumes and Versace Red Jeans

I strongly recommend the Perfume Parlour.

I love Baby Doll, which is very grapefruity. The Perfume Parlour 'smells like' version is slightly nicer and lasts longer.

And you can probably pick up a load of samples for very little and try out a few different types. I've had some winners but some losers, but for £2-3 you can take a few risks on the small bottles

You seem to like similar perfumes to me, try Very Irresistible. It's on sale at boots at the moment in the gift sets. I've wasted so much money on jo malone and it's still my favourite by far.
