Various ingredients for the vegetarian alternatives we would have had if our vegetarian hadn't decided to go omnivore for the festivities

Lol love Witsends Omnivore

Rockbird · 07/01/2019 19:21

Four boxes of Family Circle biscuits but they have a long sell by date so they'll be kept For Visitors. Three boxes of mince pies which I shall eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner till they're gone, and one milky bar selection pack which is forgotten we had. I'll find a good home for that... 😋

Gotstuckwiththisname · 07/01/2019 19:41

Lebkuchen - about half a box
Foxs biscuit box - about half a box
Entire panettone unopened
Entire tin of shortbread unopened
2 x bags of chocolate coins
A few pretzel sticks
Half a bag of salted peanuts

Gotstuckwiththisname · 07/01/2019 19:44

Oh yes and a few ends of cheese. They will soon be finished.

Gazelda · 07/01/2019 19:56

The after dinner mints
A bottle of coke
A ton Of shortbread
Loads of crackers (should I buy more cheese to use them up?)

Gazelda · 07/01/2019 19:57

Oh bugger, I forgot the half jar of goose fat!

MrsTommyBanks · 07/01/2019 20:05

2 mini Christmas puds.
Cheese crackers.
All the chocolate.
A tube of Pringles.
2 venison fillets.(in freezer)
A large slab of my DSis Christmas cake.
A mini cheese board (in freezer)
Nuts

I had a horrific dose of flu over Christmas so hardly touched anything. Luckily it struck Christmas Night so I did get to eat Christmas Dinner. Then only started eating properly yesterday. Couldn't face anything rich so made a beef stew.

MrsTommyBanks · 07/01/2019 20:08

Oh and a box of fruit cake slices.
I'm undecided what to do with the cheese. I've vowed to go dairy free, but part of me thinks I would rather finish what's here rather than waste a) food and b) the suffering of the animals.

CharlotteLV · 06/02/2019 20:04

Is this thread still going? Brandy butter, just chucked out some cream (a month out of date), cranberry sauce, remains of the Christmas pudding. Blush

Passthecake30 · 06/02/2019 20:09

Pringles, tub of heroes and some turkey scraps in the freezer to make a pie.
Kids are still eating their selection sweets but I've eaten all my chocolates.
