Anyone had this? Met your OH in such an embarrassing way you wouldn't ever want to explain to anyone how? I have a date tomorrow with a man I met in just such embarrassing circumstances

I first met my current boyfriend in his dressing gown in my mums kitchen!
He’s was her new lodger and I’d popped round and walked straight in. Poor man was so embarrassed and came back down 10 mins later with gelled hair, dressed and smelling of aftershave.
I took the hint that he may like me....

DP and I met i an embarrassing way. We just say we met through mutual friends.

I met my DH on (in?) World of Warcraft. 10 years together, 2 kids later. I tend to tell people we met “online” and leave them to assume OLD!

My best friend met her husband on World of Warcraft.

For a second I thought Mrsemcgregor was her, but the details don’t match (and she’s never mentioned any opinion on Ewan McGregor)

They make no secret of it though. I think they’re quite proud of it.
