2.5 lbs here, which I’m fairly ok with. Have been eating way too much cake every day and pudding after every meal, and spent a good couple of days scoffing leftover roast potatoes by the fistful - but on the other hand I’ve had a couple of nights with just veg soup for dinner and I’ve dragged myself out for a good walk every day so I think that has compensated a bit for the excess carbs!

About 5lbs! I have a very definite food baby stomach Xmas Grin Not overly bothered really as I only eat like this over Christmas so it'll go when I get back to normality...and on that note, time for some more wine Christmas cake!

I'm not weighing myself! My jeans feel a touch tight, but not uncomfortable, so it may not be too bad!

We've made sure we've eaten loads of fruit and veg since Christmas Day to counteract the huge amount of cheese we've also eaten, plus buffet leftovers! We have also dropped carbs from our dinner so anything extra we have in the evening is balanced by not having had something calorie-heavy already.

I need to get back to exercising, but I've got a shoulder injury (making me sleep-deprived as it's my preferred sleeping side) and I have also been ill, so it's tough going! I'm determined to get going again on 7, when I'm properly back at work!

7lb on 😬 however I was on a solid diet from Sept 17 til Dec so I really pigged out and made up for last Christmas. It will be a lot of water so should come off within 2 weeks of being strict. Did next week's food shop today so all healthy in. Anything chocs/biscuits/cheese not eaten tomorrow will go into the bin or food bank.

4 lbs here Blush
All cheese and sweet stuff has been collected by a local charity who feed the homeless at night.

2 lbs since the start of December.
I had apparently put on an additional 8 lbs by the end of Boxing Day Confused but it came off after a fasting day on the 28th.
