This morning BlushI had pate, cheese and olives followed by a pigs in blanket buttiie, then some S&V pringles Blush

Then had turkey brie, Brussel spout and cranberry baguette (small)

Then we met friends at our local grill house and had a spicy box (chilli, nacho chips, grilled spicy chicken, jalapeños topped garlic bread, cheesy jalapeños bites, Cajun chips, spicy wings, and steak topped fries with peppercorn sauce... and a side of sour cream and peri peri sauce

I'm now looking at the fridge Hmm thinking what else to eat...

I NEVER eat like this, I'm normally a 2 meal a day woman with some healthy snacks in between, but feel like I want to eat the world

I had a falafel wrap for lunch with humous, salad, sweet chilli sauce and saurkraut. It was amazing.
Then I had 4 fererro rochers mid afternoon plus 2 glasses of water.
A cup of tea when I got in from work
I had a blue steak and peas for dinner with a glass of red wine.
I've reached the stage of Christmas Cheese Consumption now where I am pretty much craving raw vegetables.

Tonight dinner will be a baked chicken, veg dish trying to get back to some kind of normal meals / eating after gluttony of Christmas

Some leftovers from the party platters we got for New Year's Eve (samosas, onion bhajis, masala bites, spring rolls, mini pizzas and mini tacos) with Nando's garlic sauce, tzatziki, yoghurt and mint sauce and mango chutney to dip them in

Breakfast was cold brew coffee and cream, coconut chia pudding with walnuts

Lunch was low carb seed “bread” with avocado, poached eggs and a tiny bit of leftover gammon

Snacks were a babybel and a couple of Christmas chocolates

Dinner will be meatballs and chickpea pasta or beef stir fry and sprouts (noodles for DH) depending on what DH fancies

Breakfast: 12 red grapes and a cup of cold, weak black coffee (the latter was not deliberate...no time to make a fresh pot)
Midmorning snack: 6 red grapes
Late lunch: 3 slices of goats' cheese (1 cm. thick, 5cm. diameter each) with a tomato and a slice of avocado, half a pint of lager, and a black coffee
Dinner: half a salmon fillet, cooked in paper in the oven with a handful of fresh spinach and a handful of frozen chopped red pepper, plus steamed green beans
Other drinks: water

1/3rd cup porridge (oats, frozen blueberries, water, about 2 inch of banana (mashed), almond butter). That’s shared with the 2 kids so I didn’t eat all that.

Nakd cashew cookie bar which i really shouldn’t have had - post-gym, only ingredients are cashews and dates

Sweet potato toast (2 slices),
half an avocado,
1 egg over easy (nonstick pan so no oil needed)
3/4 of an apple and 2 tsp ish almond butter(I’m addicted)

Puff pastry pizza/tart with red pesto, broccoli, tomato, sweet corn, cheddar, Stilton.
Big side salad (romaine, spinach, cucumber).
Carrots and french beans (for the 3 year old’s component!)

I would love to eat like some of you lot 😂 although everything I had today was delicious as well. I’m enormous, the GP told me to lose weight today and I can’t and I’ve been trying for more than 10 years 😭😭😭
