Ds 11 with autism wants an electricity pylon

gaggiagirl · 19/12/2018 20:08

DS who is 3 wants his own business for Christmas 😂
Not sure how to help him there.

wishingchair1 · 19/12/2018 20:09

@EMUS THE WUBBLE BALL is huge, but you need a electric inflate really. They really are massive.

I have visions of a toddler in suit and tie Grin

pollyhampton · 19/12/2018 20:13

Tin foil for my 13yo. It's the only thing he wants!

Emus · 19/12/2018 20:16

@wishingchair1 Oh gosh, don't enable me, I'm already trying to contain "the Twitch"!

It's his birthday soon so a good idea for that - thanks! Wink

EyUpOurKid · 19/12/2018 20:20

A sausage roll. He's two. And it will have to be Gregg's because the fussy bugger doesn't like the M&S ones, Greenhalgh's ones, Tesco ones etc..

Mich0027 · 19/12/2018 20:20

My son asked for broccoli when he was really little. He wrote it on his letter to Santa. I wrapped it up for him and ever since it's become a tradition that he asks Santa for a vegetable. It's a potato this year. I love it

Gribbie · 19/12/2018 20:20

Thanks LoudestRoar 😄

wishingchair1 · 19/12/2018 20:21

@EMUS THE entertainer do a make your own bouncy balls. They were actually really good, worked and cheap. Just In case you need another birthday idea or sucuumb to the twitchWink

Applesandpears23 · 19/12/2018 20:24

The weirdest request this year (from a 4 year old) is lots and lots of paper plates.

MyDcAreMarvel · 19/12/2018 20:24

A whole pineapple from dd2, I never buy them whole as I can’t chop them.

TroysMammy · 19/12/2018 20:30

MyDcAreMarvel you need the Pineapple gadget from Lakeland.

MyDcAreMarvel · 19/12/2018 20:32

Ooh didn’t know there was a gadget for chopping pineapples. I have arthritis and little strength in my hands. I will take a look , thanks @TroysMammy

My ds (4) is so totally in love with his big school he asked for the school back pack (I originally bought him a much nicer one, but he wants the one with the school logo on it) and the red school zip up fleece.

The bloody company have now said it won’t be delivered until mid January even though it was ordered weeks and weeks ago Sad

I think I have managed to convince him that Santa is only in charge of toys but will have to see how it goes. I’m heart broken for my little geek Wink

winsinbin · 19/12/2018 20:40

3 year old DD wanted a motorbike and a tattoo.

Snapsnapsnap · 19/12/2018 20:46

oh dear win, hopefully that's just her getting it all our of her system very early rather than a preview of the teenage years.

thaegumathteth · 19/12/2018 20:53

Dd aged 3 asked for a whole bag of apples just for her. We always have apples in the fruit bowl so it’s not like she’s usually deprived...

MrSnowmansCarrotStickNose · 19/12/2018 21:03

A satnav. He's 6, I don't know where he thinks he's going. The 3 year old wanted a motorbike.

OlennasWimple · 19/12/2018 21:05

eyup - TBF, Greggs do make the best sausage rolls

Elisheva · 19/12/2018 21:08

DD (4) has a packet of blu tac and DS (8) has a 6m roll of bubble wrap Grin

LoudestRoar · 19/12/2018 21:10

Eyup Iceland sell packs of them, so you could join me Christmas eve in stashing a present in the freezer!

One of mine wanted alphabetti spaghetti one year as we normally had "boring" hoops.

My colleague's daughter, aged 12, asked for a box of disposable plastic gloves for cleaning out her rabbit and guinea pig hutches. That was her entire list.

Unevenbeard · 19/12/2018 21:13

My daughter has asked for mayonnaise 😂

causeimunderyourmistletoe · 19/12/2018 21:18

My 4yo DD asked (me and several santas she has met this month) for a camera - she already has the kiddizoom one! What she actually meant was batteries for it, cue me feeling very mean that her camera hadn't worked for god knows how long!! She now has a fresh set in her camera and is a very happy bunny Grin
