To ask what size you are if you are 5'4 and 8 stone

My and my sister were talking about weights and sizes today. I'm a size 10 and 5'4 and just 8 stone. My sister is also around the 8 stone mark and a 6-8. Is being a size 10 at this weight unusual?

Sister is 5 6, 7 stones, and is a UK size 2-4.

I'm 9.7 stones, 5'5 and I'm a 10.

If I was 8 stone I'm guessing I'd be a 6? I'd be flipping tiny at 8 stone.

At 8 stone surely you can fit in smaller sizes but maybe go for a size 10 for a different kind of fit to your sister?

Does she like tighter clothing and you like the more oversized look? For example*

I’m 5’3” and 9 stone. I’m a size 10. At 8 stone, I’d be a 6-8. Very much depends on your bone structure though. My friend is as thin as a rake (think skeletal), but still a size 12 as she has wide hips.
