Which aftershave makes men seem irresistible please?

So my husband wants aftershave for Christmas, but doesn't have a preference of scent. Which one leaves you weak at the knees so I've got somewhere to start? Otherwise I know I'm going to get overwhelmed in John Lewis!

Chanel bleu de Chanel. Knee jelly inducing stuff!

AndNoneForGretchenWieners · 10/12/2018 00:26

Oh and Spicebomb, I want someone to buy me that for Xmas because I would definitely wear it.

IncyWincyGrownUp · 10/12/2018 00:53

Issey Miyake for cheap and cheerful.

Though as has been mentioned, personal body chemistry can make a decent smelling bottled scent turn to crap when worn.

Davidoff cool water.

It's his 'occasion' smell so idk if it just reminds me of the early days dates and adventurous sex but gets me every time. Maybe just anticipating (hoping for) a great shag 😂

Versace eros or D&G the one- makes me weak at the knees when OH wears it

BangGoesThatTheory · 10/12/2018 01:08

Joop Homme. Never fails.

BitOfFun · 10/12/2018 01:19

Golden Boy- smells even better than Tom Ford's Tuscan Leather, but is much more reasonably priced.

Flash. Any kind.

@IndigoSpritz - DP (26) only wears Old Spice - apart from a bottle of Brut he has as a backup! I can't lie, I find it totally irresistible...

Zoflorabore · 10/12/2018 03:37

My dp loves One Million By Paco Rabanne and so do I. He's been wearing it for years now.

My 15yr old ds has quite and extensive ( and expensive ) collection.
His dad ( my ex ) is an aftershave obsessive who buys ds some gorgeous ones.

Last Christmas it was Grey Vetiver by Tom Ford and he wears it for school Grin
Keeps the cheaper stuff for special occasions.... I've tried explaining to him that it's usually the other way round.

IndigoSpritz · 10/12/2018 08:42

OldGrey. If Old Spice has been around for as long as it has, there must be an ever-evolving younger market for it.

Stephisaur · 10/12/2018 09:52

Diesel’s Only the Brave.

Can’t get enough of it!

Bluearsedfly36 · 10/12/2018 10:02

My OH wears Joop, it smells lovely 😊

ChodeofChodeHall · 10/12/2018 10:12

Issey Miyake (fittingly Autocorrected to 'issue mistake') Envy Everyone who wears it wears too much of it, it gets right up your nose.

I love Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille. One of my colleagues wears it, I love sitting next to him in meetings Smile

DH wears Dirty from Lush. It's a lovely, clean, spicy, unusual scent.

IndigoSpritz · 10/12/2018 11:31

If a man doesn't use fragrance, is he resistable ?

TSSDNCOP · 10/12/2018 11:49

Jo Malone 154 for DH52
Dior Sauvage for DS11

Xmas Smile
