Early twenties staff member keeps saying it and I don’t think it means what she thinks it means

I thought it meant a picnic for ages before DH made me listen to the lyrics of the song by the same name..

One of my colleagues told us she spent the weekend cleaning out her glory hole I know the Oxford dictionary meaning is totally innocent but she went on quite a while and in detail as her glory hole was quite a size.

I'd assume she's saying it on purpose for a laugh.

Nooooo she’s not saying it ironically. She’s quite shy and sheltered. Was home schooled abroad and then came to sixth form and uni in England

That song used to be a staple on Radio 2, it always played while we were on the way home from school and my brother and I used to sing along to it at the top of our voices. Our poor mum!
