If you're having a night in, what are you doing?

Looking for some inspiration. What are you all watching, reading, playing, listening to etc etc on this dull Saturday night?

Kids in bed, I'm watching the X Factor with DH. Just had duck pancakes, followed by chocolate cake.

DH is out of town, so I'll be watching cartoons on Netflix in bed. Dinner will be popcorn and beer with red wine for dessert. Then knitting until I fall asleep. Best evening ever. :)

Sitting in front of the fire, about to eat amazing German roast pork with crackling. Super late because we've been sorting out the spare room/junk cave into into a nice office for me and forgot to pop it in the oven!

I'm watching the greatest showman and eating a kebab. Then I'm having an early night as I was out late last night and I'm knackered and hungover.

I'm sitting here thinking about getting the Christmas trees and decorations out of the garage. I might put one up tonight and leave everything else until the morning. I want to crochet too.

I was watching Greatest Showman but I've just switched over to watch About A Boy :)

Had fish & chips with a couple of glasses of wine, now mumsnetting, DH watching something from the 1970s (The Sweeney), I will probably have a bath & an early night as I have a busy day tomorrow, two Church events and working in between.

Had a bath with my newborn, had deliveroo dim sum with a glass of wine from my Virgin advent calendar followed by cake we purchased from Broadway Market and we are about to watch a film.

To think I used to spend my Saturday’s frittering my money away on cocktails at £15 a throw. Wouldn’t swap this for the world.

Watching Halloween by myself in the dark with cider 😱

We all ate pork tenderloins with maple glaze (Waitrose, amazing) with baked potatoes, tenderstem and carrots, then chocolate cake.

Then the DC got into pjs, one went to bed, two stayed up watching telly, and I wrapped loads of presents and sorted the stocking presents - nearly done, thank god.

Now collapsed on the bed after a bath with DS2 next to me watching a James Bond while I waste time on the internet.

Very proud of myself for not having a drink tonight when DH was. Trying to get the dry days in while I can as December will be full on.

Indian takeaway on the sofa in front of telly and fire. Feet up on coffee table, just finished a bag of Revels watching First which isn't making much sense to me yet...

Playing sudoku on the laptop and Netflixing.

Waiting for an Indian takeaway which is already 40 minutes late! 😡
