Looking for some inspiration. What are you all watching, reading, playing, listening to etc etc on this dull Saturday night?

Listening to an audio book, and then wrapping some presents.

Been out all day to the first of many family gatherings in Dec so spending the evening cleaning! Yawn.

I'm home most weekend nights. Just put DS to bed and debating starting a box set.

DH is cooking steak, baked potatoes and salad. I'm drinking wine and watching a recording of A Kind of Loving. Started putting up Xmas decs earlier, tree next Sunday.

In my pjs watching Michael McIntyre big show that I've recorded eating Chinese with a glass of wine :-)

We’ve had a busy day so happy to sit down now.

DH is gaming for a bit while I faff on my phone. We’re going to watch last night’s Graham Norton the I’m a Celeb.

Early night I think.

My DP is away. I'm having processco and watching Strictly. I'm then going to watch the Les Mis DVD.

I'm watching Vampire Diaries tonight I think. Dh is out so I have the tv to myself. I'm decorating the tree whilst watching that (or I might put It's a Wonderful Life on instead...hmmm decisions, decisions!) and either crochet, read or wrap presents later on.

Dh is out tonight. Dc are thankfully in bed. I'm going to hunt down the sellotape, scissors and paper and wrap the dc's presents all four of them and that's all they're getting and then probably just go to bed because there's nothing else better to do. Happy times.

Just had curry delivered. Will shortly pour a Southern Comfort and lemonade and whine at dp until he finds me a feel-good film to watch.

Thought I was spending the night with DH watching crap TV. DCs are sleeping over at DPILs. DH has gone out with a friend. I should therefore mark some exams. but am marked about DHs disappearance and am sulking. Went out for a nice lunch today so not hungry. Might make a pot of decaffeinated coffee or mint tea.

I have YouTube music videos blaring through my headphones, the Christmas edition of Country Living to hand and am scoffing a huge bag of candy floss I bought at our Christmas lights switching-on this afternoon - perfect Saturday night

Glass of orange juice with tonnes of ice to try and boost my immune system (poxy virus!)

Just finished watching Pretty Woman.

Now thinking about browsing Amazon for inspiration for christmas.

Will put kettle on in a bit for gingerbread hot chocolate with biscuits.

Watched Matilda with the kids. Now they're asleep I'm watching Schitts Creek with wine. It's bliss.

Currently sitting on the floor of dd's room but she's nearly asleep now. Ds watching ipad in bed. Dh (hopefully) getting me a nice drink then it's a shower and strictly that we've recorded.

It was dd2's birthday this week, she was 15, so it was her choice of takeaway tonight and we got an Indian, was great. Drank some wine, watched a film and I'm thinking about bed - dh has already gone!

It's early afternoon where I am, but tonight we're decorating the tree. Then it'll be hot chocolate, a Christmas movie, then bed.

Watching Louis Theroux 'Open Adoption.' Very interesting!

Youngest DC in bed, oldest and DH out.

I'm making homemade pate for dinner. And have bought some gorgeous bread from the bakery. Can't wait.
