Looking for inspiration of what to buy my DH who honestly has everything?
He work very long Hours and is often away, when I've asked him for ideas he answers that he just wants to spend more time with DCs and Me for Christmas and nothing more. He is the type of Guy that buys whatever he wants / needs at the time and doesn't have time for a Hobby.

What are you getting your DH / DPs for Christmas? Hoping I can get some inspiration!

A beginner’s course to learn clay-pigeon shooting, something he’s wanted to do for years.

I've got DH the PlayStation classic, a new pair of very nice if I do say so myself leather boots, some designer shirts and a couple of Barbour jumpers.

He's hard to buy for so I normally go for my experience versions of things he already has as we can't really justify it the rest of the year.

TillyVonMilly · 01/12/2018 16:29

Anglepoise lamp for his study.
Brandy and whisky
Jumper
Mug
Fancy shave stuff he likes
Thermal socks
Neom pillow spray
Dark chocolate
He’s not easy to buy for.
I’ve ordered some pjs from Boux Avenue from him and there’s been two parcels delivered this week which he’s put straight in his wardrobe but I’ve no idea what they are Smile

PixieMiss · 01/12/2018 17:20

A book from lovebookonline Smile
A leather bracelet

Wheresmrlion · 01/12/2018 18:20

Five jars of various marmalades
Coffee creams
A fire-stick
A mug with our daughters handprints on it
A history book
Probably a nice jumper and some socks

I’ve asked him repeatedly if there’s anything he really wants and he’s come up with nothing so I’ve just got him bits and pieces that I know he’ll like. He’s a simple soul!

Chesneyhawkes1 · 01/12/2018 18:25

He got me a really great birthday present this year, so yesterday I got him a Tag Watch. He gave me his list today. Said jumpers, pants and socks, so I'm hoping the watch is a extra special surprise.

Bloomcounty · 01/12/2018 18:29

Dart board, one of the child friendly ones. And a Kate Bush CD that I've noticed isn't in his collection!

evilharpy · 01/12/2018 18:31

Much needed new phone and case
Watch
Couple of cookbooks

MalcolmsBrokenWalrusMoneybox · 01/12/2018 18:47

A subscription either for a magazine or food (cheese? chocolate? Graze?)

UncomfortableBadger · 01/12/2018 19:07

Have just bought DH a Sub draught beer tap - it’s made by Krups, looks like a reasonably stylish Nespresso machine and offers perfectly kept, chilled beer on tap.

Glad I held out before buying it as they’ve got a stellar deal on for Cyber Week so it’s £49 for the mini tap instead of £120. Loads of referral codes floating around the Facebook appreciation groups too so you can get another 15% off Smile

DelurkingAJ · 01/12/2018 19:08

A PS4. The DC are getting him a couple of those canvas print photos (each has both of them in it) as he’s been muttering about a family photo wall.

redexpat · 01/12/2018 19:39

Michel McIntyre tickets
Hotel for the same night
V neck jumper
T shirt

MrsJBaptiste · 01/12/2018 20:36

OP Why not make your DH some vouchers so one for a family day out, one for date night for you two, one for family pizza & movie night, etc.

If you don't see a lot of each other, he might like something like this?

thebear1 · 02/12/2018 08:46

Nothing as yet but there is nothing we either need or want, so we set a small budget for a token gift.
