Work toilets have a 'V.I.POO' in each one?

New workplace. We have three levels. One floor has a toilet each (male and female).

The ladies have V.I.Poo sprays. As far as I know, the men do not according to someone I work with, when I made a light hearted joke about the toilets having the sprays in. He said there wasn't one for the men.

Would the strike you as odd? Somewhat lighthearted.

There's a little printed sign that says "Before you have a poo, spray this in the loo. It stops unpleasant smells, so we don't all think this is hell!"

We used to have someone who would crouch on the loo with their feet on the loo apparently!! They kept breaking the loo seat and missing of course.

why can't everyone else train their bowels to be similarly civilised?

Would be lovely if I could but unfortunately have IBS so can go many many times a day and regularly it stinks horrendously. I hate it when I have to poo outside the house but needs must.

Believe me I will do everything I can to avoid anyone else hearing the explosion that sometimes happens or dealing with the stink, it is a lot more embarrassing for me than it is for you.

This is an Eastern European/Indian thing. DH said it was a big problem in his very diverse office. Apparently he had to send an email out to everyone when someone wrapped their turd up in toilet paper and put it in the bin.

I used to work for a small company in a building where a big recruitment company had the two upper floors above us. Every sodding day, someone from the floors above would come and create such a stench and mess in our ladies toilets it had to be seen to be believed. I was the only female employee at that time so would go in, only to be met with blocked toilets, overflowing sinks and smearing

Theft of soap, air freshener, hand creme etc. was common. Awful.

I think it's a kind deed by an employer to have these sprays if it encourages a poo-reticent employee to release their contents and get on with their day
