Need to write 10 minute uni presentation by 8am tomorrow morning PLEASE HELP ME

I'm a mess, I'm dreading standing up in front of everyone, I've written some but it only lasts 5 mins. Everyone will just be thinking how stupid I am.

How can I fix this? I need to email it to the tech person at my uni by 8am and give the presentation in the afternoon.

What should I do? I'm like a rabbit in headlights, I just freeze when I look at the material now, it's pure anxiety.

I'm guessing that you've emailed your presentation in by now & you're in that weird limbo before doing the actual talking.

Make sure you have lunch, don't drink too much caffeine, go to the loo beforehand and do a few power poses.

My other tips are comfy shoes & comfy pants. You don't want anything to distract you from your task.

The faculty want you to do well. And you know what you're doing.

It's all going to be fine.

How did it go x

Get some slides with relevant quotes from suitable authorities/commentators and read them out to show how they support what you're saying. Ditto statistics. If you've got down what you want to say then pad it out with references to the evidence backing it up.
