and there were TWO MONDAYS. Oh the drama and outrage.

I like the minor upsets, it takes my mind off the bigger things (like DS being suspended from school for the fourth time this term).

We were missing a Wednesday, just in case you were wondering.

I was! I couldn’t believe you ended your OP without that information! Grin imagine having two Monday’s every week! Urgh! Yuck. I actually had a surprise Wednesday off this week and it was lovely so I wouldn’t mind that but not if I had to do two Mondays instead.

4yo absolutely fuming this morning because his “TROUSERS ARE BROKEN”...he put them on back to front so took them off but turned them to many times so they went back on backwards...twice...wouldn’t consider any help or suggestions “ITS NOT MY FAULT MY LEGS ARE BROKEN AND MY TROUSERS ARE BROKEN” then screamed and stormed off...never said it was your fault mate!

2yo is raging that her favourite checkout assistant in Tesco wasn’t working today. I mean absolutely furious about it, 3 hours later... “Go find Po” “FIND MY PO NOWWWWW” (his name isn’t Po or resembles Po...) ...again it’s of course my fault!

We didn't have turkey dinosaurs in for tea.

Absolute hysterics DD is 5 and full of cold not normally quite so bad to be fair.

@LucyMorningStar that's the minimum charge for delivery - the chips would be normal price but I'd have had to buy about 5 portions before they'd deliver them.

Dd2 wants to live in the blue house and wants her sister to live in the pink house a few doors down (so far so good). Mummy I want you to live with me in the blue house. Cue hysterical crying and snot everywhere BUT no cats! (Tbf I wouldn't move anywhere without my cats but I hadn't actually said anything never mind mentioned cats and there is no blue house!) Also poor dh nobody seems to want to live with Daddy Confused

This morning has been full of minor dramas:

Iron man is missing. Cue hysterics and tears. DP 'looked everywhere' nowhere to be found - he was on DSS pillow precisely where DP had looked!

DSS 3 ate two slices of toast at such a rate of knots that he promptly threw it all back up all over the living room rug. Soggy bread inbedded... Any way whisked him off to the bathroom in case round two was about to occur. He's 'not poorly. He's fine. He wants more toast'. Then he wanted 'chippies' just as I sat down to eat my late breakfast with DSD and DP. Cold breakfast for me (nothing new!) while I sorted the eagerly anticipated chips. DSS watched them cooking moaning every second that they must be ready now. Got them out, cooled them down, doesn't want them now....
