Missing Boy - Aberdeenshire

Sharing this here as hoping to get Liam’s pic out as much as possible.
Liam is 16 years old.
He was last seen at around 12pm on Saturday 17 November 2018 in the Queens Road area of Aberdeen.
Liam is described as white, 6'4" and has short brown hair, slim build, wearing dark top, blue jeans and Nike Air Max trainers and carrying a North Face backpack.

Police are now focusing their search on Banchory.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1302 of 18 November.

Where has he gone? How can a big lad like that get off a bus and disappear and no-one knows saw him? I know, it happens all the time, the world is a big place. Its just so unbelievable. He must be somewhere. My heart is just breaking for his family, and for him if he can't get home or feels he can't go home.

That credible sighting was on the Saturday which confirmed Liam got off the bus in Crathes

The police are still searching. Much of the terrain is difficult and they've to contend with flooding so they have Dive teams assisting. Police say that they have been overwhelmed with the kindness of those who've provided food and home bakes for their search teams. Keep going North East Police Division.

I passed the area yesterday., saw the police. The river is very high and fast flowing just now. I hope Liam is safe and warm somewhere.

Relative works in Crathes and says the search has been carried out meticulously.

I think about this boy every day and chat about him with friends/colleagues/similarly aged DD. Locally he really is in the forefront of people’s minds.

Praying for a safe and happy outcome ASAP for the family. Sad

I know, everyone up here knows about him - it’s all over FB, every person we’ve come across while walking etc knows who we are looking for.
