I'm Autistic so have a tendency to be particularly obsessive but I could talk about my favourite band all day(Rammstein). Also World Cinema even though I'm not especially knowledgeable on the subject but I could discuss my favourite films non stop. Also books.

I don’t think there’s anything I could talk endlessly about

Houses. How they are constructed, the trades, materials, costs, internal layout, garden layout, flooring, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, tiles, decor…

Unexplained happenings. Quite a few have happened to me and I love to hear of other people's experiences.

What happens when we die/near death experiences/ reincarnation etc.

Me: office admin and genealogy - I can bore to world standards on these topics
DS: Dr Who, Terry Pratchet, Star Trek, translation errors and innerworld inconsistencies (autistic)
DH: the inability of seemingly intelligent people to verify their quotes - but that is mostly rant

I'm also autistic. I could talk all day about performance cars - namely VW Golf R / GTI and Audi S/RS models. Occasionally at work the topic of cars comes up and I get some strange looks when people realise how passionate I am about the subject. Don't really care any more though.
