Carrying on the concert threads, what was the worst one?

I saw the Stone Roses in Belfast Maysfield, Leisure centre and they were diabolical.
Half Man Half Biscuit at Queens University SU were a close second.

The only concert I’ve walked out of was when I went to see Nigel Kennedy, violinist, with my mum when I was little. We were expecting Vivaldi or something similar but he played some very edgy Jazz music instead.

My mother and many others in the audience clutched their pearls, horrified and stormed out demanding a refund.

Oh and Kanye West was pretty bad live too (in my defence he was support act for someone else.)

Went to see Backstreet Boys a few years ago and they were pretty boring - the people in the front all seemed to be loving it but we were further back and it just didn’t translate, whereas when I saw Pink the first time we were as far back as you could get and we didn’t even notice as she was so engaging. It was OK, we had a nice enough time, but we may as well have been at a BSB tribute act. I’ve not been to many other shows but luckily they’ve all been fantastic.
