Not the most thrilling topic I know, but I am in need of inspiration. I've lost my cooking mojo. Hoping for some ideas before I head off to do the weekly shop.

S. Fish pie with veg
M. Bean, veg and halloumi burritos with rice/sweet potato wedges
T. Veggie sausage casserole and mash
W. Soup and toasted sandwiches
T. Salmon, roast veg, garlic potatoes
F. Quorn and veg lasagne with salad, garlic bread
S. Fish cakes with veg

Anything that takes any time is already in the freezer so just needs defrosting and sides adding. DH and I are both feeling in need of an easy, low effort week.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 28/10/2018 11:31

I'm going to do a puy lentil veggie lasagne today.
Tomorrow will probably be something like egg and chips or jacket potatoes and soup, to use things up before we go away for a few days.

Tonight we are having sausages with roasted vegetables (potatoes, beetroot, sweet potatoes, onions, peppers, brussels sprouts) and apple sauce. I'll do corn on the cob for the DC too.

Tomorrow is beef casserole (swede, carrot, onion) with jacket potatoes.

Tuesday is pork and quince tagine with cous cous. I've never made this before but got some quinces from a neighbour's tree and found the recipe on Pinterest.

Wednesday we are having friends over for a Halloween party so having a buffet.

Thursday I will need to get something out of the freezer. I might do kedgeree as I know there is smoked fish in there.

I'll go shopping on Friday and do a new meal plan then.
