how much clotted cream do you have on scones?

We typically buy the Rodda's pot of clotted cream, 227 g. This does 4 scones + a little bit left over. I've noticed though if you get cream tea out, you get a teeny tiny pot of cream.

How much cream do you use on your scones?

Do you eat the scone in two separate halfs? I do but DP eats his whole because he's weird

@PoesyCherish - yes! Last time I did it the cream the brought out first was in a tiny pot like a small shot glass (for two people I.e. 4 halves of scones) and I was like wtf so I asked and they brought out a much bigger container that was piled high with cream so like about 3 times as much as the original amount - my dd was well impressed and said I was the best

As much as humanly possible. Could eat the cream in its own quite happily. This is why I am not a size 6. ( or any adjacent size either).

I can make wicked scones. Scones are actually one of the very easiest things to make and it's super quick. And people seem to be overly impressed by Delicious home made scones :)

I usually buy large tubs of double cream and whip it rather than use clotted cream which always seems to come in teeny weey portions -though it is extra delicious.

I’m the same and I’m a 6 to 8, so I reckon this rigorous academic study shows that we are the perfect size for our bodies and cream consumption is not linked to a particular body type (but instead a deep capacity for joy).

clitterati your username is fab. Have you seen this embroidery pattern? www.badasscrossstitch.com/freepatterns/
