Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

Tea
Some nuts and dried fruit at work about 9am (can’t face breakfast)
Lunch - a sandwich fairly generous on the ham and salad, small pack of crisps (multi pack ones), a banana.
Snack at work mid afternoon - an easy peeler orange
A packet of Rolos purchased by a colleague for me (rude not too)
Tea was chicken goujons, chips and beans 😊
I’ve had a large bottle of water spread out during the day and about 4 mugs of tea in total.

0% Greek yog with blueberries and seeds, large banana, water, tea

Chicken salad sandwich and packet of prawn Crackers, apple, diet coke, coffee, water

Packet of French fry Crisps, two handfuls of salted peanuts, 2 gin and slims

Pork and veg, water, decaf tea, more water

Seeded bread toast with jam. Coffee

Dim sum, water

Scotts porridge oats made with water/salt
A handful of Celebrations chocolates
Mexican chicken and rice for lunch (free hot lunch at work once a month, I was stuffed)
Tea and buttered toast in bed at 9pm.
A distinct lack of veg/fruit 😊😊

L sweet potato and coconut soup with pitta bread

D mussels, fish cake, green beans, home made chips, coleslaw. Bit of a mishmash!

I'm trying not to snack as I'm overweight!

2 cups of tea.
leek and potato home made soup with grated cheese. One bowl.
Salmon and broccoli bake followed with cranberry crumble.
wine - one bottle
vodka and lemonade x 4

L tuna sandwich on some posh bread that was yellow stickered in tesco + some of them walkers sprouts crisps
D kebab - the skewered kind..shish? And salad.. from a takeaway ofcourse

Breakfast of porridge with peanut butter and banana.
Lunch was afternoon tea at a posh hotel in London so lots of sandwiches, a couple of scones and a few fancy cakes. Home now and feeling peckish, might make a bacon sandwich.

A Starbucks latte with one pump of peppermint and a cranberry bliss bar. That's about 450 calories.Blush

B - Hot chocolate and 2 chocolate chunk cookies
L - Wholemeal pitta bread with salami and cottage cheese and cup of tea
D - lincolnshire sausages, boiled potato, carrots and cabbage and gravy. Pomegranite for afters

Quite a lot for me, boiled egg and soldiers, apple, Christmas sandwich from the booths hot counter which was twice the size it needed to be, chicken with three roast potatoes and spinach.

I feel stuffed, it was the enormous sandwich that did it.

B - 2 pikelets, scrambled egg with mushroom, tomatoes and onion
L - roasted sprouts, edamame beans, sweetcorn with curry sauce (random but so tasty)
D - Fuel peanut butter porridge pot (bought because it was on offer and I was curious, but I didn't really rate it) with added powdered peanut butter.

I have a yoghurt & apple for later, but not hungry yet.

I've drank loads of tea and water and a few coffees.

Lunch- a Greggs cheese and onion pasty AND a festive bake
Tea- an apple

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and should be eating a lot healthier, but the thought of vegetables makes me gip 😷

1 slice of brown toast with grated cheese and coffee
Coffee and a mince pie
Festive bake from greggs and a Costa coffee
Meatballs and spaghetti

I might need to cut back on the coffee. My diet is pretty shocking just now, not surprising I haven't lost any weight like I planned to 😂
