OMG! How many hours have you been on your phone this week?

Apparently I've been on it 60 hours!

Kind of wishing I could go back to not knowing before the latest software upgrade ...

I think you can tell from poster's responses who uses their phone just for calls/ texts and who uses it for social media/ MN / shopping etc

I haven't updated to the new ios yet. Now I'm not sure I should.

Ive just downloaded your hour but im scared to see whats it's going to be like, probably higher than anyone elses im on it so much keeping myself occupied

I dont have the app. Probably 2 hours a night.

Im not on F.B or I.G though.

I look at news, weather, MN & emails. Thats it really.

I don’t know but too much. I need to get out of this habit of looking at my phone all the time. I bet it’s over 40 hours.

23hrs, 58 minutes in the last week. But then I did take two flights this week and watched downloaded TV both ways so that would have added to the total. Quite pleased actually, I'm usually on my phone far too much!

I do get an average of 173 notifications a day though.

Oh I dont get any notifications for anything. That would drive me batshit.

Plus I have 0 apps.

Shit ! Just down loaded the my time app .. in the last week it's a total of approx 87 hours !!!

I'm off work at the moment, have anxiety so i play a lot of games at night/read on kindle - to keep my mind busy .. but still, Jesus Christ!!

I said I'd come back, I'm down from 66 hours to 34, still too much I guess but a vast improvement!

Phone about 10 minutes. Tablet waaay too much.
