Supposed to be getting a longhaul flight in the morning & I know the NHS don’t ‘do’ dental so I don’t see any point in heading out tonight to A&E.

Clean with salt water?? It needs filing, has one very very rough edge, is catching on my tongue, no other ‘tooth’ left.

Help! Need to prevent an infection for a week. Can I take Amoxycillin I have left over from something else??

that's not a whole tooth just a large piece of amalgam filling. They go black after being in the mouth for a while. Your main problem in the short term will be getting ulcers from the sharp area. When you see a dentist they can smooth that bit and put a temporary filling in until your own dentist can repair it properly. Don't worry!

That's not a tooth, that's an amalgam filling that's came out, you can get a temp filling kit from boots or of it's not causing any problems just find a dentist when you get to where your going
