Guess what M&S sent me instead of the pyjamas i ordered?

I ordered 2 pairs of pyjamas from M&S. I got one pair and something else that is not pyjamas. Guess what it is?

I ordered a bedroom rug once and got sent cufflinks. That was, sadly, my only experience of odd substitutions.

Love the nightie. Always forget to look at M&S when buying kids clothes. Must mention them to MIL for Christmas (she loves going into actual shops to buy the kids presents).

I was going to say a packet of prawn sandwiches. Because you could always use them as earrings! (MNers of a certain age who remember the doomed jewellers Ratners will get the joke).

I once (when I was young and relatively rich) ordered a designer bag and some fancy undies from Harvey nicks. I got a massive crate of Jean-Paul Gaultier designed bottles of Diet Coke and some stationery. I'd rather have got the Mary Poppins nightie!

It's actually a lovely nightie. I have a weird notion to keep despite having no one who could wear it.
