For me it's three to four weeks and I'm wondering if that's normal or not Confused

Same day for toddler, for me I’ve given up trying.

Same day, emergency or not.

Ours has a system where you call after 8am for a morning appointment and after 12.30pm to get an afternoon one. So far I've never not been able to get one, after ten years being there.

Recently I had a health issue and was told by the consultant at A&E to make an appointment with my GP as soon as possible to discuss ongoing treatment while I waited for further tests. I called at 4pm when I left A&E and was offered an appointment at 4.30. They're brilliant.

I've just signed up to new surgery. Apparently same day if emergency and if not its around 3 weeks.
