Post-IVF squinter - please tell me this is a line?

Hi everyone - I'm desperately hoping that others can see the very faint line that I think I see?

I'm only five days after a 5-day blast transfer, so it's super early and I'll test again tomorrow morning, but could it be? Oh please, please let it be . . .

Post-IVF squinter - please tell me this is a line?

I can see a line, fingers crossed that it’s a super sticky bean

AvoidingDM · 09/09/2018 21:42

I can see it. Fingers crossed for you.
On my successful round, I was too scared to test, I couldn't bare to loose that sense of hope. The clinic phoned me while I was browsing tkmaxx and assumed I already knew!

BifsWif · 09/09/2018 22:09

I didn’t even have to squint!

There is a line, massive congratulations OP what lovely news Flowers

I can see it OP.

Fingers crossed for a sticky bean. x

Keeoe · 09/09/2018 22:34

That is DEFINITELY a line. Good luck to you 🍀

Osirus · 09/09/2018 22:35

Good luck. I couldn’t bring myself to test before my IVF test day so I had to wait for that phone call. I was actually glad I hadn’t tested as getting that call will stay with me forever.

I vividly remember those emotions - I hope it’s a positive.

RedPandaFluff · 09/09/2018 23:09

Thank you everyone - I'm going to test with FMU tomorrow and hopefully I'll see a stronger line.

I know this is just the first step and there's a long way to go, but compared to the crushing "Not Pregnant" foghorn on our previous cycle, this is a flicker of hope that will keep me going. It's a chance, and that's more than we've ever had before!

I can see a line too OP and my eyesight is dreadful
Good luck

EnidButton · 09/09/2018 23:14
Flowers

I was also going to suggest caution and say to wait until the official day of testing but sounds like you're being sensible about it. As sensible as you can be anyway! It's an emotional rollercoaster. (5 rounds here and a couple were chemicals and a missed mc. So it's made me wary.)

Always hope though, always, always hope. Lots of luck. Flowers

Arrrrgghh - it's such a ghost of a line. I'm not sure . . . Sad

ItsAHardKn0ckLife1 · 10/09/2018 06:27

I see a line on both of those! 🤞🏻

MaverickSnoopy · 10/09/2018 06:28

I can see them. They look like the same as the lines I had on my cheapies when I was 9dpo and I am pregnant.

Fingers and toes crossed for you.

December2018 · 10/09/2018 06:31

Mine weren't dark either and I tested late (too scared to test)
I'm sooooo exited for you

Mrsemcgregor · 10/09/2018 06:35

I can see lines too! I’m not 100% sure I see pink lines or grey lines, but I have everything crossed for you Flowers

1Wanda1 · 10/09/2018 06:46

I can't see lines but I never can on the ICs. Please get a FRER and do it today rather than torturing yourself like this - the 2WW after IVF is the worst without not even knowing whether you have a second line on a test or not.

I am 19 weeks pregnant after a FET. We had unsuccessful cycles before this one. I used FRERs to test each time. On a cycle when I had a chemical pregnancy, I got a faint line at 7dp5dt, which got stronger next day and then faded to BFN by OTD. This time round I had a faint line at 6dp5dt which got stronger each day till OTD when hcg test confirmed BFP.

You can get packs of 2 FRER on Amazon for about £8.

ALemonyPea · 10/09/2018 06:53

I see a line on both. Congratulations! When is your official test day?

NoWordForFluffy · 10/09/2018 07:10

IC lines take forever to get dark, so they're great lines right now!

I had the most ridiculous squinter with my-now 4 year old DS. But a FRER gave me a clear line, even at 2pm (the IC was FMU).

You are pregnant. Congratulations! Flowers

TheHauntedFishtank · 10/09/2018 07:18

I did a FRER in the evening on day 6 pt and got a really obvious positive. I had a faint line on an opk the day before (it was all I had in the house) but the FR was very obvious. Also the fact I couldn’t finish my sandwich at lunch was a bit of a clue! Good luck Flowers

RedPandaFluff · 10/09/2018 07:49

Oh thank you - this is all reassuring. I just want some hope at this stage, you know? I get that it can all fade away to nothing, and I'm prepared for that (as far as one can be, anyway) but just to have a chance that it might have worked means everything.

I've just ordered FRERs Grin

Yes, I can see the line in both without having to expand the photo - all the best Flowers

RedPandaFluff · 10/09/2018 08:04

Oh ALemonyPea OTD is over a week away - my clinic asks for testing two whole weeks after embryo transfer, which was Tuesday 4th September.

So I'm testing waaaaaay earlier than I should. But it was too much of an emotional bomb last time; I'd rather have creeping disappointment or gradual happiness than go through that again. I guess everyone finds their way of coping, eh?

Thanks to you all for the support and best wishes!

OP posts:
Sallystyle · 10/09/2018 08:08

I can see clear lines on those two!

TooMuchPenis · 10/09/2018 08:10

Can someone circle the line as I can't see it at all? I thought I saw a line but when I clicked on the photo it was just the lumpier part of the test.
