Sausage rolls if homemade - I don't like the flabby pastry of shop bought.

Hot chicken vol-au-vents would be my second choice.

Came on to say those warm, crumbly sausage rolls you buy frozen, but I've been swayed by the mention of prawn vol au vent.

Samosas can be divine if home made, but too hit and miss on buffets.

One of those medium sized Yorkshire puddings, spread with horseradish, a couple of wafer thin slices of rare beef curled around inside.
