Appeal for Lego cards for a special little boy with autism

I am a long time poster under different names, this name was created when we were hunting for the only cup that Max would drink from and we had some great help from MNetters

I posted last time Sainsbury's did the Lego card promotion and I managed to collect quite a few (and also then went on to help people find the ones they were missing) now they are out again and I am on the hunt for as many as I can get

Maxwell is a lovely little boy who has autism and is non-verbal, his eyes light up when he sees these cards and when Maxwell likes something then it's not a passing phase, which is why we need to collect as many as possible so that some can be put away to replace current ones as the years go by

MNetters have been so helpful in the past with the cup, Lego cards and McDonald's emoji toys, so I'm reaching out to you all once again. I am happy to cover any postage costs

I apologise if there are any messages I've not responded to, on top of everything else we've had a death in the family so everything is upside down right now

Lots of cards have arrived and we have a very happy Max and his brother Barnaby Smile it's a great distraction for them both at the moment. My head is spinning so I've not been able to keep track of who to thank, but I really can't thank you all enough

Have sent you the pack from Belgium. I told my Mum about it and she will be sending some from Devon that people had at Church today.

OP, did you have any luck with the EBay cards? I don't know how many you need for your lad but I'm sure it would be cheaper to bulk buy them from Ebay than everyone paying separately for postage for a few packs here and there.

We have been turning them down- will happily accept every pack from now on, it won't be loads as it's only a Sainsbury's local so no massive spends but will collect. Pm me your address

I'm sorry, things are a big struggle at the moment but seeing the postman really cheers me up and calms me down. Knowing the amount of love that is in those envelopes, the relief that we have more cards to keep us going that bit longer and the thought of how happy they make Max, I just can't put in to words what you are all doing for the whole family.
