An iPhone

Strong Yorkshire tea made with full fat milk in my favourite Emma Bridgewater mug.
A pair of stripey knee high bamboo socks.
My wedding and engagement rings.
My DC’s just-removed pyjamas because I like sniffing them
My bullet journal.

If I’m allowed humans then substitute the pyjamas for the DC, and the rings for DH. They’d probably make a mess of the salt circle though so it might ruin the summoning...

Whilst my previous answer is all items (but would still summon me) the “essence of who I am” would be;

  • the colours of autumn
  • the stubbornness of a toddler who refuses to get in their car seat, who is usually always overcome, but fights it everytime anyway
  • a workhorses shoe for the journey I had to make
  • the strength of an ant for the amount I have to carry
  • a kite because I am often told that’s how I move
